WHY: Exciting opportunity for a motivated Medical Department Officer to serve as the Liaison Officer (LNO) and engage in security cooperation programs that advance U.S. national security and foreign policy interests, develop experience building the capacity to respond to shared challenges, and train in a unified approach to Global Health Engagement (GHE) planning and cooperation on matters of mutual interest to BUMED/Navy Medicine and DSCA.
**Mandatory Quals: 68M Global Health Specialist Additional Qualification Designator (AQD) and Global Health Specialist Program Professional Tier; completion of training incorporating the established GHE competencies.
