Quality and Safety Leadership Academy (QSLA)

Posted on Updated on

The QSLA is a robust training program established to provide Navy Medicine leaders with the understanding and essential resources to accelerate Navy Medicine’s High Reliability Organization (HRO) journey. Inaugurated in 2017, QSLA has been instrumental in informing Navy Medicine’s efforts to support quality, safety, and readiness within operational and traditional healthcare environments through HRO.

The QSLA Support Team is now accepting applications for Cohorts 8 and 9 of the program, both of which are scheduled to take place in 2023. Linked here (https://deloittesurvey.deloitte.com/Community/se/3FC11B2619281E37) , you will find the QSLA Application Questionnaire which will be used for both FY23 Cohorts. There you will provide a statement of intent regarding your attendance and confirm your ability to meet all listed program requirements. Additionally, we have attached the QSLA One Pager which provides an overview of the program, its intended audience, the general format, and the application process. A link to the application is also contained within the one-pager and applications will remain open throughout October and into early November.
