MHS GENESIS Patient Portal transitioning to myAuth login Sept. 23
BLUF – Beginning Sept. 23, the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal will transition from DS Logon to myAuth, the Defense Health Agency’s new secure authentication system, and beneficiaries are encouraged to create a myAuth account in advance to avoid interruptions when accessing health records, messaging providers, requesting prescription renewals and managing appointments. For Navy Medicine, the transition will require patient education and support from military treatment facilities to ensure sailors, Marines and families maintain reliable access to digital healthcare services as DS Logon is phased out across TRICARE platforms.
