I am curious about your understanding of which MTFs will be designated as “Core Casualty Receiving Facilities”? Recognizing that they may have not been designated since this doesn’t have to be set till late 2024. Specifically, it seems the provision that these designated facilities have both a civilian COO and CFO to ensure “continuity in the management of the facility,” seems likely to be disruptive to the current leadership process. Though the requirement to fully staff the designated facilities will certianly improve morale at those selected facilities.
