2022 All Hands Owners and Operators Manual
There’s a section on Navy Medicine and other interesting sections in this updated document:
Abbreviated Workplace and Gender Relations Survey of Military Members
The Workplace and Gender Relations (WGR) Survey of Military Members (Active and Reserve) is open! Feedback from the survey drives Navy policy, programs, resourcing, and training that impacts all Navy services members. An abbreviated survey is available for any military member (takes ~5 minutes).
· Go to DoDsurveys.mil to start the survey
A few important notes:
· The WGR Survey provides DoD with, among other things, official prevalence estimates for prior year sexual assault, sexual harassment, and gender discrimination in the military. The survey also provides important insight into service member perceptions of gender equality, command climate issues, and resilience. Feedback from this survey drives Navy policy, programs, resourcing, and training that impact all Navy service members.
- We need every Sailor to help inform workplace and gender relations.
- Go to DoDsurveys.mil to start the survey. Logging into the survey requires members to enter their DoDID and day (number) of birth. This ensures the survey is only taken one time.
- Remember this is used to set DoD and then DON and finally OPNAV policy.
- This survey has not been done since 2018 and will not be done again for two years. We have to energize every Sailor to participate in this survey.
- Go to DoDsurveys.mil to start the survey.

State of the Blog at the Beginning of 2022
Here is the annual blog post detailing the state of the blog as of the beginning of 2022.
Financial Report
Blog Profit = $135 loss!
As you probably realize, I pay for this and make no money from it, which is undoubtedly what has allowed me to keep doing this.
Blog Traffic
As of 12/30/21, we have just over 1,051,000 page views. Here is the blog traffic as measured by page views since I started it in 2015. See a pattern? In 2021, we topped out at over 311,000 views.

I get most referred traffic from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and the StudentDoctor.net forum, in that order. The distant 5th is a link to my bog from Reddit, and I haven’t really figured out where the blog is mentioned or linked to on that platform.
