Take the Navy Medicine High Reliability Organization (HRO) Maturity Assessment Questionnaire
As BUMED continues our Get Real, Get Better (GRGB) journey we need to understand our workforce’s baseline understanding of the principals and tools that help us constantly self-assess and self-correct to consistently deliver the best Navy Medicine mission outcomes. The Navy Medicine HRO Maturity Assessment Questionnaire is the tool that we will use to set our baseline for Echelon II through Echelon V commands. We will run the same questionnaire again in April 2025 to determine how we’ve advanced GRGB within BSO-18. I fully expect that the results of this survey will show that our Echelon IV and V commands have a low level of GRGB awareness. Our goal, per the 2024 community canvas, is to push them into the starting phase to learning phase and expect that our post survey in April 2025 will show marked improvement.
All Military and DON Civilian personnel, to include all NMRTC, Research & Training Commands should complete the Navy Medicine HRO Maturity Assessment Questionnaire NLT 12 April 2024. Those personnel that have already completed the questionnaire need not complete it again. The intended audience are those personnel who did not complete the survey upon the first tasking. The survey can be found at the following link:

or using the QR code here:

The survey will close at the end of the day on 12 April 2024.
