Inaugural military medical supply chain, industry meeting reinforces warfighter readiness through partnerships
BLUF – The Defense Logistics Agency convened its first Military Medical Supply Chain Industry Meeting, bringing together government, military, and private-sector partners to strengthen collaboration on sourcing, sustaining, and rapidly delivering critical medical materiel in support of future contested operations and warfighter readiness. For Navy Medicine, the initiative highlights the growing emphasis on resilient medical logistics, industry partnerships, and supply chain modernization to ensure reliable access to pharmaceuticals, blood products, medical devices, and other essential supplies during distributed maritime operations and large-scale combat scenarios.
