2 MC Chief Office Positions – MC Career Planner and Talent Management Officer

CAPT O’Sullivan has done an amazing job with the Surgeon General’s LOE4 – so well that she has been appointed by the SG to be the newly created Talent Management Lead. Each Corps will also appoint a Talent Management Officer (position description attached) to work within this team and lead BUMED’s recruiting and retention effort. Since CAPT O’Sullivan will be moving over to the Talent Management Team, the Medical Corps Career Planner has become available on the NSS list (position description also attached).
