This is a great follow-on publication in Military Medicine: Efficacy of Medical Operations and Layout Planning Onboard Nontraditional US Navy Vessels at High Seas (https://academic.oup.com/milmed/article/185/Supplement_1/590/5559251?login=true). These platforms have excellent littoral maneuverability but do not handle well in higher sea states as compared to other platforms. I hope medical personnel aboard these vessels receive specific training on expectations for providing care under these constraints.
