Navigating Seas of Change in the Military Healthcare System – Sponsored by NML&PDC

The landscape within the Military Healthcare System is changing daily and leaders need tools and strategies to help in our collective pursuit of a Culture of Excellence within Navy Medicine.  The Naval Medical Leader and Professional Development Command (NML&PDC) has partnered with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) to bring you three sessions on the topic of change.   Flyer and Registration instructions:

Wednesday, 27 April from 1100 – 1300 (EST): Leading and Managing in Changing Times

Wednesday, 11 May from 1100 – 1300 (EST): Practical Leadership Strategies in an Age of Change

Wednesday, 18 May from 1100 – 1300 (EST): Agility and Resilience in Healthcare Leadership: Key Behaviors for Leading Change

All sessions will be on Microsoft Teams.   ACHE members must register to receive credit.
