Interesting to see females have a lower promotion rate than males when we’re making a push for diversity or at least trying to. Also interesting to see no below zone selections, is that common?
I think they usually pick some BZ but haven’t gone back to look. 5 years of stats are probably on the blog if you want to deep dive.
