    Looks like the Medical Corps Incentive Pay (IP) and Retention Bonus (RB) – FY2022 has recently been posted on DFAS.

      The FY22 DoD plan/amounts were signed off, but the services each come up with their own plan and don’t have to offer these pays. They can pay “up to” the DoD amounts. They don’t have to offer everything the DoD plan allows. For example, last year Family Medicine had a 6-year Retention Bonus authorized at the DoD level, but the Navy did not offer it. The Navy FY22 plan is still in the works.

    Any idea if the board certification pay was increased? Also, do we need to resubmit any contracts to see that increase?

      There is no public info on that yet. I don’t think there’d be a new contract required if BCP increased, though.
