Great stuff, sir. I would offer one tiny edit to pg 23. Although unnoticed by most, the Navy Correspondence manual (SECNAV M-5216.5 CH-1) asserts that V/R be typed as “V/r.” (Bottom of page 4-1 in the manual).
This is one of those “rules” that few follow, and even fewer seem to mind…until you meet that Yeoman who served as a flag writer. Considering we launch hundreds of email replies, we might as well get it right. 🙂
