Great question that I don’t think anyone could answer. Just being honest.
I think it will push the new paradigm of “decentralizing” from MTFs to operational side of the house. It doesn’t sound like a feasible plan at the moment. I agree with the authors that it could be part of his final stretch (4 months left!).
