Below are the statistics for the recently released Medical Corps O6 board. Remember that despite what you may think when you look at the stats, promotion boards do not favor one specialty over another:

    Who make up the categories FS, RAM, and UMO? Are those people in those billets, and with unknown specialties? Or are there O6 sels with no residency? Or ?

      I’m pretty sure it is based on your primary subspecialty code, which is determined by the billet you are serving in. For example, if you are an ER doctor but are in a RAM billet, you’d show up as a RAM. Same for FS or UMO.
