Many locations are in jeopardy now because of attrition. Unless DoD gets serious about offering decent salaries , its unlikely they will be able to attract and retain any talent. Additionally, they will never be able to hire GI, DERM or other highly paid specialities…and dont even get me started about how broken the hiring process. Keep dreaming – but this article out of touch with reality.
