Navy Survey – Health of the Force
Dear Sailor,
The Navy Survey Office would like to invite you to participate in the 2022 Navy Health of the Force Survey. The survey covers a range of topics including work/life balance, healthcare accessibility, family planning, childcare, and a range of other topics relating to work/life balance. The last time we asked questions about Sailors’ personal lives we learned that:
- Family planning is becoming increasingly challenging for both men and women in the Navy.
- Sailors are less likely to believe that Navy policy supports an effective work/life balance.
- Not all Sailors are comfortable taking the full amount of parental leave available to them.
Participation in this survey is voluntary and it should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Don’t miss the opportunity to let your voice be heard. The results of this survey inform policies and programs that influence Sailors’ personal lives.
To access the survey copy and paste the following link into your web browser or use the QR code below.

You will be asked to enter your DOD ID number to access the survey. This information limits participation to the active duty population and minimizes the number of demographic questions we have to ask.
Thank you for your support with this effort.
