New Human Performance Specialist AQD

The BUMED Human Performance Sub-Community worked to create this AQD as an aid to medical community detailers to identify those 2XXX officers with specialty training in the HP realm and consider these qualifications when assigning providers to operational units with a high demand for human performance, such as NSW, NECC or FMF.  Awarding authority is through the detailers with concurrence from myself or the chair of the sub-community, CDR Kevin Bernstein.    

While the initial focus was for clinicians such as physical therapists and FP/SM physicians, this is open to all in the medical community will act as an incentive for 2XXX officers to pursue continuing education in HP and better serve their assigned units and the Fleet.  Getting word out our community via leadership will help to gain interest and pursuit of qualification in this field.
