Great Time to Enroll in the Advanced Readiness Officer Course (the updated AMDOC)

Posted on Updated on

Now that the FY22 boards have met, we are seeing a lull in AROC (the artist formerly known as AMDOC) enrollment.  Now is a good time to get signed up for future classes.  Registration can be completed at:

CAPT Schofer – has there been any consideration to return to a virtual AROC, especially for those of us who are OCONUS?

With the deteriorating COVID-19 situation in CONUS and those of who have operational/mission requirements OCONUS (not too mention the ROM requirements for international travel / TDY costs to command / etc, etc), this seems like a sensible option.

Several members of my peer group locally have been able to attend A-ROC virtually within the last year (my command could not support me at the time), which also makes them a bit more competitive. Thanks in advance.

I haven’t heard any talk of this, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t happening as I don’t run the course. We just provide the MC nominations. You could e-mail Mr. Glenn Smith as he runs the course. He’s a civilian and his e-mail should be in the global.
