    Agreed. Hopefully cooler minds will prevail soon and this is the ultimate approach. Unfortunately, the fact that the doctors continue to hear lack of a clear and articulate response has already caused significant damage. Understand that it hasn’t been finalized yet but for folks on the fence about staying in or in my case my consideration for a career in executive medicine beyond 20 years – no thank you. Its this sort of jerking around and unnecessarily putting docs and their families in limbo that only drive people away.
