The spreadsheet with the FY20 promotion board zones has too much PII to post publicly, but you can find it here (make sure you pick your e-mail certificate):

    Should people already selected be taken out of the “In Zone” list…Last year BZ select is still in the pool.

      While they are in zone they are not in the pool, obviously, and I have no control of the list. It would make sense to take them out but since they are still in that current rank they still show up.
