POC for CV/BIO: CAPT Charles Benson (check global address book)Make a difference in Navy Medicine! Looking for an O6 or motivated O5 medical officer to become the Director of Medical Readiness. You and your team will manage a diverse policy portfolio including being the Director of Qualifications and Standards overseeing accession and waivers. You will run the Medical Evaluation Board process including the new limited duty initiatives. Your team will lead family readiness programs including EFMP, EDIS and oversea screening. You will ensure medical readiness surveillance by overseeing the PHA, PRT Screen, PDHA and oversea screening of active duty Sailors and Marines. These responsibilities will put you in front of Flag officers and SES on a daily basis. You will work closely with congressional staff, SECNAV staff and DHA leadership.
