Adjustment Disorder Study
BLUF: Recruiting military healthcare providers to participate in a one-time questionnaire as part of a CDMRP-funded study on Adjustment Disorders in the military.
Adjustment Disorders (ADs) are the most common mental health diagnosis in the military population and have a substantial impact on our troops’ readiness. However, there remains substantial variation in how troops with adjustment disorders are identified and diagnosed. Our research has developed a military-specific diagnostic tool (ADNM-20-Mil) for provider use with diagnosing ADs in service members.
As part of this study, we are asking health care providers to assess their intentions to use the ADNM-20-Mil as part of their tool kit for diagnosing ADs. As a military healthcare provider, your input on our questionnaire is an important part of this study. We hope you will consider participating. To submit a poster, you will need to have these items ready before you begin:
· Presenter’s full name and email address
· Service or agency the poster is being presented on behalf of
· Poster Title, Short Description of the poster content & 3-5 learning objectives
· Presenter’s CV
· Completed CE & Disclosure Forms
· Two poster presenters can be included. Additional presenter information will be collected later upon email request.
· Poster presentations will be a two-day opportunity 12-13 February 2024
· All poster presenters will need to register for the meeting and pay the two-day poster presenter fee or full meeting fee, as an optional selection
