2. I will reply with my opinion on whatever issues you wanted to discuss.
3. If you want your record reviewed, go to BUPERS On-Line and download the PDFs of your Officer Summary Record (OSR) and Performance Summary Record (PSR). E-mail them to jschofer <at> gmail <dot> com.  If you prefer to send them to a military account, I’m on the mail.mil global.
