21st Century Sailor’s Office 2020 Personal and Professional Choices Survey
The 21st Century Sailor Office of Inclusion and Diversity OPNAV N17 are the sponsors of this long running survey that gathers data on retention, medical support and access to care, physical fitness, childcare, parenthood, family planning, parental leave, and a variety of other work/life balance issues.
The survey is voluntary and can take 20-25 minutes to complete at the following link: https://go.max.gov/dod/2020pnp
NOTE: The survey is available to all Active Duty/FTS Sailors using their Department of Defense Identification Numbers as a means of validating they are part of the AD Navy population. The max.gov survey tool works best in Google Chrome. The survey is confidential and only the survey team will have access to the data. No effort will be made identify individual participants outside of the survey dataset.
